Join us for a rejuvenating breathwork & meditation lunch session, every Wednesday 12:30 in the Steve room.
When we’re stressed, tired or overwhelmed, our brains don’t function at their best. These sessions are designed to improve mental clarity, focus, creativity, and effective decision-making, leaving you feeling both energized and at peace.
We’ll begin with gentle movements to awaken the spine, preparing for a comfortable seated posture. Through breathwork, we’ll oxygenate the entire body and brain, followed by meditation to bring a sense of calm.
Depending on the group's needs and experience, we’ll explore various techniques such as guided meditation, mindfulness, sound meditation, and visualizations.
