We need more women in the German tech ecosystem as currently women make up only 17% of all jobs in technology.
Girls Talk are on a mission to change this to support more women to land jobs in technology through our next event where we will be joined by recruiters and Talent Acquisition Teams from Zalando and HelloFresh who will be sharing their insights on how women can successfully navigate the recruitment process in technology.
Our wonderful panel will be covering topics such as:
- The typical step by step tech recruitment process
- The common mistakes that women make during this process
- What tech recruiters look for when interacting with candidates
- How to ensure your applications and CVs stand out
- How to succeed in the assessment and interview process
They will also be on hand to answer some of your concerns and issues so you can leave this event feeling more confident in your job search with an understanding of the details behind how you can actually secure a role in tech!
