Kave Bulambo is the founder of TalentDiverse, a hiring platform that connects Diverse Talents with organisations that value Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and belonging.
Prior to starting her ventures Kave built an exceptional career in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and DEIB with some of Europes leading technology companies such as SmartRecruiters, Pitch Software, Zalando, N26, CareerFoundry, and hibooks.
With an educational background in Organisational Psychology, Gender Studies and Public Management Kave is a humanist at heart whose work experience cross-cut between the private and non-profit sector and has influenced her interest in impact driven businesses, technology, leadership, people development, and diversity and inclusion.
For the last ten years of her career and life journey, Kave has been speaking andsharing the stage with some of Africa and world’s prominent leaders such as former first lady of South Africa Ms Graça Machel, Strive Masiyiwa, Mo Ibrahim, Chelsea Clinton and Bill Clinton.
