Join us for the meetup of the 2Hearts Hamburg Chapter, an evening discussion followed by our quarterly Check Out Drinks as we dive into this topic alongside founders:

- Yesica Rios, Co-Founder and CMO at JobMatch.

The aim of this event is to bring together young professionals from an immigration background to learn, share and connect around the topic of diversity in tech and startup entrepreneurship.

The Community Hub
Bring your ideas to life with us and make them happen at the Community Hub in Factory Hammerbrooklyn! In this self-run space, Factory Network members can host a workshop, a masterclass, or a meet-up and share it with the greater community.
Selected applicants can host their events at the Community Hub free of charge for up to 40 guests, utilize basic event tech equipment, and receive support with their event promotion.

Born in Italy to immigrant parents, Andy spent his early years in China before moving to a small Bavarian village, where Bavarian became his first fluent language. Growing up, he worked in his family’s restaurant and, uncertain about his path after school, studied business—eventually landing in the Berlin startup scene.
As the first employee an early-stage startup, he helped scale the team to 40+, raised venture, angel, and public funding, and played a key role in its growth. Now, he’s embracing the startup rollercoaster, charting his own path – far from the stability his parents once envisioned.
Beixi moved to Germany in 2014 to pursue her studies. In 2022, she and her husband founded MIND VACATIONS, aiming to help more people learn mindfulness meditation in an easy and accessible way to better manage stress. Their approach is the combination of the Chinese tea ceremony and a meditation App. In 2024, MIND VACATIONS was featured on the renowned German TV show Die Höhle der Löwen.
Yesica Ríos is co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of JobMatch. The online platform digitizes and simplifies application processes with the help of artificial intelligence. As a speaker, Ríos regularly talks about the empowerment of skilled workers, the image of women in business and her life as a female founder.
