Join the 2hearts Community at Factory Hammerbrooklyn for an evening discussion in company of inspiring entrepreneurs with a story to tell.
In a relaxed and interactive atmosphere, get to hear their guest speakers on topics such as:
- Their founder journey
- Growing up immigration background in Germany: playing the game on hard mode? Or a differentiator you can leverage?
- What role being an immigrant / child of immigrant can play when building and growing a venture
- What people say about diversity vs. what it actually means
- Lessons learned so far, advice to younger selves and to others aspiring to become founders
The conversation will be moderated by Elnura Ashimova, 2hearts' head of operations.
Places are limited to 45. First come first serve!

The aim of this event is to bring together young professionals from an immigration background to learn, share and connect around the topic of diversity in tech and startup entrepreneurship.

2hearts is a diverse, tech-focused community of people with immigration backgrounds, one of the fastest-growing movements in Germany and Europe.
The Community Hub
Bring your ideas to life with us and make them happen at the Community Hub in Factory Hammerbrooklyn! In this self-run space, Factory Network members can host a workshop, a masterclass, or a meet-up and share it with the greater community.
Selected applicants can host their events at the Community Hub free of charge for up to 40 guests, utilize basic event tech equipment, and receive support with their event promotion.

Noah Raissi is the founder of Rukki, a pre-seed impact startup that connects high-school talents with real-world career experiences to foster early, meaningful career exploration and guidance. Rukki’s mission lies in empowering the next generation of skilled workers. Born and raised in Hamburg with his roots in Iran, Noah brings two hearts to the table.
Toan Nguyen is founder of Jung von Matt NERD: Europe’s very first dedicated marketing agency for gaming, anime, sci-fi, hero- and fandom culture. He was among others awarded as “MANAGER OF THE YEAR” by the Rolemodels award show and was juror for Cannes Lions, LIA, ADC Global, The Clios and many more. Toan has a German and Vietnamese heart – growing up in a big, loving family from Vietnam in a country as foreign as Germany.
Sora Mustafa is the Co-founder of vollefarben. She led with a strong commitment to diversity, driving technical strategy, and product development. With her previous roles at Accenture, Adidas, and the socially impactful organization ApplicAid, she brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for leveraging technology to create a positive impact for diverse communities. As a speaker, she not only inspires with her insights on effective strategies and innovation but also advocates for inclusive practices in the tech industry. I have 2 hearts: a German one & an Afghan one.
