Factory Berlin Mitte

The campus is open Monday to Friday from 08:00–21:00.

The Community Desk is occupied Monday to Friday from 08:00–16:00.

As an individual campus member, you do not have access to the Factory Berlin Mitte campus after our common opening hours. However, if you are registered with us as a team, you can access your office through the Factory App at any time.

Factory Hammerbrooklyn

The campus is open Monday to Friday from 08:00–23:00.

The Community Desk is occupied Monday to Friday from 08:00–16:00.

Factory Hammerbrooklyn is not open at weekends. Should you try to access the campus outside our opening hours, the alarm will go off.

To start the process of becoming a member, you will be asked to apply for a membership, via this form. To guarantee that each new member enriches our community, Factory Network will review your application and invite you to a personal interview on campus, which may result in a membership. 

Whether you are a first-time founder or serial entrepreneur, we are constantly looking for inspiring individuals, who are open-minded, driven, and interested in contributing to and being part of an active community.

Besides showcasing a  “give-first” attitude and collaborative mindset, we are interested in founders who walk the talk. Therefore, we advise taking your time and filling out our application form in as much detail as possible. 

A Network membership includes:

• a curated community of like-minded founders
• access to educational events, inspirational programs & workshops

• significant discounts on web applications, event tickets and further services and products
• daypasses for €20 a day at either of the campuses

A Network + Campus membership in Berlin or Hamburg, includes:

• postal services, including company registration at our campuses

You have a minimum commitment period of three (3) full months. 

If you wish to cancel your membership, you have a (1) month’s notice period. So, if you start your membership on the 3rd of April, your first possible cancellation date is August 1st, so long as you request your cancellation by June 30th. 

If you have applied for a membership and are invited to an interview, you will receive a campus tour.  You will also be offered a tour if you are interested in renting an office or hosting an event.

To experience our spaces before becoming a member, we recommend attending one of our public events.

No, you cannot pause your membership. However, if you are on a Network + Campus Membership, you can temporarily downgrade to our Network membership, dropping a membership fee of €30 net per month. You will not have access to our campuses anymore but will have full access to all digital services. 

To cancel your Factory Network membership, please log into the Members Platform and navigate to ‘Manage Membership’. Scroll down the page to ‘Cancel Membership’ and follow the instructions.

A membership cancellation has to be requested a (1)  month in advance of the cancellation date, whilst also respecting our minimum membership commitment period of three (3) full calendar months. 

Yes, meeting rooms can be booked directly through our Member Platform.

Depending on whether you are already a member or still discovering what Factory Network is about, you will have access to a different array of events. 

From member-only to public, from free-of-charge to ticket-based, Factory Network offers a host of opportunities to connect, learn and engage with the community and external experts.

If you have signed up for a member-only event, you will be asked to show proof of your membership at the community desk. If you cannot provide proof of membership, you may be turned away or required to pay for a public ticket.

Apply to become a member for access to all our events. 

If you have registered your company with us, we offer the possibility to receive mail for your company, which can be picked up at our campus reception.

Yes, for €30 net per month per company, you can officially register up to three companies to one of our addresses.

You can bring up to two (2) guests simultaneously to our campuses. All guests must be invited through our Members Platform before visiting. This will provide your guests with a QR code, that they will be asked to show at the community desk on the day of their visit. Once your guest has checked in, you will receive an email that your guest has arrived. We kindly ask you to greet your guest at the community desk. The same guests can only visit twice within the same calendar month. After that, we will approach you to discuss a potential membership for the guest in question. 

If you need to have more external people on campus e.g. meeting with investors, clients, workshops, we ask you to book a meeting room in advance and let our reception team know the names of the people that you expect in our space.
