Prior to that he worked for the Industrie 4.0 Maturity Center being responsible for establishing and maintaining the Industrie 4.0 Maturity Center’s relationships with partner companies and for building collaborations for the joint application of the Industrie 4.0 Maturity Index.

Moreover, he was a project manager and a PhD student at FIR, the Institute for Industrial Management at RWTH Aachen University, focusing on the fields of digital transformation and information management.

Originating from the area of live entertainment, Fritz gained experience not only on the provider side, but also conducted large-scale projects as a customer in a variety of industries. He holds a master degree in Business Administration with a sidetrack of engineering from the University of Stuttgart and is keen to shape the next industrial revolution thinking outside of the box.
