His Masterclass will give startups insights on what corporates seek to gain by venturing, and he’ll share advice for corporates looking to maximise the success of their venturing efforts.

Christian first cut his teeth in corporate ventures as the Managing Director of Wayra Germany, one of the first corporate accelerators at the time. Nowadays Wayra is one of the largest corporate accelerators in Europe and Latin America.
Additionally, he created and advised more than 20 incubator and accelerator programs as a consultant, has overseen the development of more than 50 high-tech hardware startups as the director of TechFounders accelerator in Munich, and even co-founded 2 companies himself.
These days, Christian has set his sights on space and has joined global aerospace business accelerator Airbus BizLab as their Global Head.

Prior to joining Airbus, Christian Lindener worked as Managing Director for Wayra Germany, a technology innovation hub. In this role, he oversaw the strategic direction of the organisation, as well as the selection of startups and young technology corporations for integration into the Telefonicà investment portfolio.
As an independent tech consultant, he has created and advised more than 20 incubator and accelerator programs. As Director of TechFounders, a high-tech hardware accelerator based in Munich, he was responsible for the development of more than 50 high-tech startups. Lindener co-founded two companies, one of which–a virtual reality startup—was purchased by booking.com in 2014.
Airbus BizLab is a global aerospace business accelerator where startups and Airbus intrapreneurs speed up the transformation of innovative ideas into valuable businesses. The Airbus BizLab has developed a “hybrid” concept to closely collaborate with startups while allowing smaller organizations to better understand needs and ways of working of large groups.
