This edition of Founders Brunch features HaselHerz, the consciously different Nuss-Nougat-Creme. Its founder, Ebru Erkunt, will join us to share her exciting story after participating in the program Höhle der Löwen and subsequently securing an investment.
Our second speaker, Chris Newman, will introduce us to the fascinating world of craft beer. He co-founded the Baby Goat to represent a craft beer movement focused on fostering connections and community growth.
Our third speaker Nico Hansen, is the founder and managing director at VANOZZA. We will dive into the topic of foodtech and get to experience vegan cheese and the story behind it.
Together, we will learn about the passion, challenges, and triumphs that define their entrepreneurial journey and enjoy some snacks and drinks.
The event will be in German and English.

Ebru Erkunt (HaselHerz):
Full of love and passion for hazelnuts & chocolate – that’s Ebru Erkunt. Her mission is to offer a sustainable alternative to conventional chocolates, bars and spreads with her innovative products. Ebru also wants to give something back to the planet by working with the non-profit organisation “Orang-Utans in Not e.V.”.
Chris Newman (The Baby Goat):
Chris Newman is the Co-Founder at The Baby Goat and will introduce us to the fascinating world of craft beer. With The Baby Goat, the aim is to represent a craft beer movement focused on fostering connections and community growth.
Nico Hansen (VANOZZA): When Nico opened the first vegan pizzeria in Hamburg, he quickly realized that there were no good vegan cheese alternatives for the catering trade. And so he started to develop them himself and eventually founded VANOZZA. They develop and produce plant-based cheese alternatives that make it easy to cook vegan dishes. The team pays great importance to quality, flavour, and sustainability.
