Together with ​Kontakt Kollektiv will we explore what it means to build inclusive communities that empower local voices and challenge systems of privilege and saviorism. This is a space to learn, reflect, and engage in meaningful dialogue about fostering authentic change.

​About Female* Leadership Circle (F*LC):

​Female* Leadership Circle is an initiative by Kontakt Kollekitv - a safer space for you and others in the community to share, co-create and take collective action.

​Come embrace the power of feminine strength—collaboration, empathy, and intuition—and shake things up in fields like entrepreneurship, personal growth, education, and more. Everyone who identifies with womanhood ♀️ is welcome to join!

The Female* Leadership Circle is hosted every last Wednesday of the month at Factory Hammerbrooklyn. The event is in English.

*means we welcome woman and anyone who identifies with womanhood.

The Community Hub

Bring your ideas to life with us and make them happen at the Community Hub in Factory Hammerbrooklyn! In this self-run space, Factory Network members can host a workshop, a masterclass, or a meet-up and share it with the greater community.

Selected applicants can host their events at the Community Hub free of charge for up to 40 guests, utilize basic event tech equipment, and receive support with their event promotion.
