Entrepreneurship with a Cycle? Workshop by Factory Berlin’s Womens Circle

Humans with cycles are a part of every community, as hormonal cycles play a role in everyone’s bodies. This means that menstruation and shifts in hormone levels are a part of any gender balanced community - also at work.

Although this seems somewhat logical, the topic is still very much taboo, even within the Startup echo chamber and entrepreneurial world. Sexist belief systems and all sorts of stereotypes on one hand and uninformed, well intended comments and confusion on the other hand make it hard to address questions about cycles at work.

This event is about periods, hormones and how they (might) matter at work - offering input on a variety of perspectives as well as break out sessions with the aim to foster open exchange. The event is open to people of all genders.
