Entrepreneurs often face immense pressure and long hours, making it crucial to prioritize their well-being to maintain peak performance and resilience.

Join us for an empowering day focused on the importance of mental and physical health for founders and startup workers, in partnership with Barmer and the Mindful Startup School.

Startup health day features expert speakers, interactive workshops, and practical sessions designed to balance your entrepreneurial journey with a healthy lifestyle.

Enjoy full-day access to Factory Hammerbrooklyn's modern space to cowork while participating in various health sessions. Our focus will be on mental health, mobility and connecting with and learning about the latest innovations from health tech startups.

Whether you're interested in one specific session or want to dive into all of them, there's something for everyone: Yoga, a Smoothie Bike, Spine Screening, a Health Tech Founders Brunch, a Meditation Session and a Panel Discussion on the topic "Founders' Hindsight: Minding Your Mental Well-Being".

Wilfried Gillrath is a cleantech pioneer and impact investor. As co-founder and CEO of LichtBlick, he championed green electricity and renewable energies. As an investor, he focuses on start-ups that have a positive impact on the environment and society. Steering money flows towards sustainability is his passion.

Heidrun Twesten, MBA, is founder & CEO of Impacct GmbH. She supports companies in all stages from startup to blue chip as an executive advisor on capital market topics as well as in transformation processes and is a Designing Your Life Certified Coach (Stanford). As a business angel, LP and mentor she supports numerous national and international startups, accelerators, and mentoring programs.

Heidrun is co-host of the German Podcast „EQUALIZER – DER Gründerinnen-Podcast“ and co-author of „Gründerinnen-Handbuch“ (female founders‘ handbook, by Springer Gabler 2022). Heidrun has accompanied numerous companies to the stock exchange and was instrumental in building and scaling one of Germany’s leading investor relations consultancies as COO. She has been meditating following the buddhist theravada practice for almost 10 years.

Dr. Anne Lamp is the Cofounder of the Hamburg-based Startup traceless materials GmbH. Holding a PhD in process engineering, she is the inventor of the traceless technology – an innovative process to turn agricultural residues into a natural biomaterial. Describing herself as an environmental scientist by conviction and a tech enthusiast by heart, she dedicated her work to solving the global plastic pollution.

Guided by the principles of her voluntary work at the Cradle to Cradle NGO, she can benefit from her broad experience in biorefinery processes, commercial product development and process scale up as well as scientific impact assessment.
