Our Community Breakfast is a bi-weekly opportunity to start your day on the right note with coffee and tasty breakfast treats, get to know each other better, and pause to reconnect if you’re already hard at work. Sometimes, we’ll have a cheeky icebreaker game, sometimes we will have a community-led discussion around a specific topic, and sometimes we will have other special themes to help you get excited about the day ahead.

guud‘s vision is to inspire more people to adopt a sustainable lifestyle. Founder Alina Friedrichs talks about how companies can combine effective sustainability measures with benefits for their employees.
guud’s first product is the GuudCard, a benefit card that companies can load with up to 50 euros a month tax-free and that employees can use to pay at sustainable shops in their region.
Fabian Schwarzer is the founder and CEO of ClimateTech startup Cozero, the climate management & decarbonization platform for companies worldwide. He is the operation lead of Cozero.
His responsibilities consist of optimization of internal processes as well as leadership for the Climate Team, which provides the technical basis for product development. He is also leading the company’s Customer Success function. Before joining Cozero, Fabian was already fully dedicated to the topic of business transformation, in strategy consulting with a focus on the digital transformation of companies.
Alexander is co-founder and Head of Sales & Business Development at ImpactNexus. He is working with the company’s clients and users to assess, manage and report on the sustainability of their business activities.
He has a passion for impact management in startups and has previously worked for the Borderstep Institute for Innovation and Sustainability in Berlin where he was heading several innovation projects as well as the StartGreen community platform and award. Alexander has also been a co-founder of two other startups that were based at Factory Berlin.

In the context of Factory Berlin events, video, image or audio recordings are regularly made for promotional purposes. If members do not wish to appear on such recordings, they can inform Factory Berlin or the respective photographer at the event at any time. Alternatively, they can also stay away from the event in question.
