These sessions are designed to improve mental clarity, focus, creativity, and effective decision-making, leaving you feeling both energized and at peace. We’ll begin with gentle movements to awaken the spine, preparing for a comfortable seated posture. Through breathwork, we’ll oxygenate the entire body and brain, followed by meditation to bring a sense of calm. Breaking the Stigma, Normalising Difficult Conversations This October Kontakt Kollektiv is addressing one of the most important but often unspoken topics: sexual harassment. Join Kontakt Kollektive for an empowering Female Leadership Circle* session led by Natascha Djordevic. As an enthusiastic DJ and somatic coach, Natascha is dedicated to ending the stigma and shame surrounding sexual abuse and harassment. She's on the mission to raise awareness and foster conversations on this difficult topic, creating a platform where people can discuss intimate subjects in a judgment-free space. What is the Female* Leadership Circle (F*LC)? Female* Leadership Circle is a supportive community of women* and people defining themselves as such who share their path of being self-employed, founders, leaders, seekers or more... A community where you can show up the way you are - with no need to "pretend", "perform", "pitch", "compare", "compete" or anything like that. Where you can be real and authentic while still helping each other grow professionally and personally. The Female* Leadership Circle is hosted every last Wednesday of the month at Factory Hammerbrooklyn. The event is in English. *means we welcome woman and anyone who identifies with womanhood. The Community Hub Bring your ideas to life with us and make them happen at the Community Hub in Factory Hammerbrooklyn! In this self-run space, Factory Network members can host a workshop, a masterclass, or a meet-up and share it with the greater community. Selected applicants can host their events at the Community Hub free of charge for up to 40 guests, utilize basic event tech equipment, and receive support with their event promotion. Our Product Usability Community Lunch gives you the perfect opportunity to gather unbiased feedback from fellow members—no friends or family, just honest opinions from real users. We have 3 spots available for product demos, each lasting 20 minutes. If you're interested in having your product tested and receiving feedback, sign up as a presenter—first come, first served. You decide how to use your time, but we recommend keeping your product intro brief and focusing on the areas where you want feedback. Using the Think-Aloud protocol, volunteer testers will interact with your product while sharing their thoughts out loud, offering you direct insights into the user experience. We also have 15 spots for volunteers willing to test products and provide valuable feedback.
